What is the 5 Under 45 Award?

The 5 Under 45 Award honors the top emerging leaders who have demonstrated success in their careers and made significant contributions in the communities they represent. Honorees will be selected based on their professional accomplishments, demonstrated leadership and industry/community contributions. Eligible nominees should be members of The Collective in good standing.
